Time for a Year of Self Love

Every New Year’s numerous people see an opportunity to improve their lives; this means it is time for gym memberships and intense diets to lose weight! In the past these have been incredibly common aspects of a New Year’s Resolution.

However, the end of 2017 left a lot of men and women feeling that instead of fixating on making a major life change, it was time to concentrate on some good ol’ self love.
